"I have been at this storage unit for 10 plus years and never had a problem the owner was very kind and friendly. However this company "Prestige" has taken over raised the rates, added insurance even after providing them with proof of my home owners insurance. I have updated my review only because Marsha the manager reached out and let me know being charged for the insurance was a computer error and credited me back the over charge. Everytime I have talked to Marsha she has been very friendly and professional and does her best to resolve the issue to the best of her ability. I still believe the insurance coverage is a money grab but that is their policy. I had assumed they would have property / business insurance that would cover my things in storage if something did happen. So just know if you rent here your home owners insurance will have to cover your belongings or you will be charged $11 or more per month for their insurance. After all if I go into a store and got hurt that business insurance would cover my medical bills."
